Requirements & Responsibilities:
- atleast 2 years of IT Support job experience
- having ITIL, CCNA or other certs is an advantage..
- Basic understanding of Network fundamentals & Active directory
- Win10 OS familiarity
- Remote support/troubleshooting via SCCM
- Local hire only
