19th February, The case of Tenure of the retirement age of government employees was heard in the court of Chief Justice Waqar Ahmed Seth, Peshawar High Court. The court suspended the government decision in this regard and ordered to restore the age of retirement of 60 Years for Government employees instead of 63 Years
Taimur Jhagra Remarks:
The Taimur Jhagra (Minister Finance and Minister Health) has decided that we will challenge this decision in Supreme Court of Pakistan.
